Open to active duty military, activated national guard or reserve units, and their immediate family.

Provides undesignated temporary financial assistance in the form of grants and zero-interest loans to active duty military personnel and their families in partnership with Military Aid Societies. Assistance may help with a variety of needs including emergency food, shelter, utilities, emergency travel, burial of a loved one, etc.
