*Fairfield County residents
*Children 3-17

*Parent/Guardian application with photo ID
*Child's grade card, birth certificate, social security card, medical card, or print out from JFS can be used as proof that the child is in the household

Client must complete an application in person. Applications will be open June 1st until supplies last.
