Mri Access Fund | Multiple Sclerosis Association Of America
Provides financial assistance (maximum of $750) for an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) exam to be used for the purpose of determining the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or for those MS patients who need to track their progression of the disease. Payment is made directly to the test provider.

Will need a physican's referral requesting an MRI exam. Application, mailing instructions and other information may be obtained through website anytime or phone.

Eligibility
Income have income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must be denied insurance coverage (if insured) OR be uninsured. Must need the MRI exam to determine the diagnosis of MS or to track the MS disease progression. Must not have received MSAA financial assistance for an MRI within the past 24-month period.
