Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated:
Depression,
Anxiety,
PTSD,
Bipolar Disorder,
Borderline Personality Disorder.
Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management.
Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.
