Eligibility
Open to Hamilton County residents age 60 and over who:
- Have a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Own and reside in the home where the work will occur.
- Ineligible for other assistance programs
- Did not receive home repair or safety modification assistance through this program the previous year
Other restrictions may apply. Final determination is made by Council on Aging.

Description
Offers the STEPS to Stability Program. Provides assistance with eligible home safety modifications for older adults. Modifications commonly include installation of railings, ramps, grab bars, and stairlifts. Program runs yearly from January to late February or early March depending on funding.
