Description

The Strengthening Families 10-14 Program is a highly successful evidence-based program for parents and their youth ages10-14. It is a parent, youth, and family skill-building curriculum designed to: Prevent teen substance abuse and other behavior problems; Strengthen parenting skills; Build family strengths. The program is delivered with 7 sessions for parents, youth, and families using realistic videos, role-playing, discussions, learning games, and family projects. To assist families in attending, the following is provided: -Family meal prior to each class -Child care -Transportation if needed -Family gift basket.
