STUDENT SERVICES - VISION LOSS | CLEVELAND SIGHT CENTER

Assists children and youth with visual impairment and their families to realize their full potential, supplementing the Center's many comprehensive programs with adjustment counseling, parent support groups, educational consultation and evaluation, advocacy, school and community liaisons, family education, and preparation for career and academic programs.

Application process

Phone for registration. An Intake Associate will take initial information and request copy of an eye exam report dated within 6 months prior to application. When report is received, a caseworker will be assigned to provide service.

Fee

Sliding fee scale - no one is denied service because of inability to pay.

Eligibility

Serves those up to age 23. Must have an eye condition that limits functioning.
