Caregiver Support Program | Franklin County Office On Aging

Offers support on a short-term basis to caregivers of low-income older adults. Assistance is limited to three months per calendar year. Program can assist with a variety of services including in-home respite, institutional respite, adult day care, caregiver counseling and durable medical equipment.

Telephone. Application required and may be completed over the phone.

Fee

Vary. Contribution may be suggested for some services and is based on the income of the client. Participants will not be denied service due to inability to pay.
