Description

An intensive case management program for families seeking to build stability and exit generational poverty. Families are linked with a case manager who supports the family in stabilizing housing, increasing earning power, and helping children thrive in school. Average program length is 18 months. Throughout the program, families can receive financial assistance to facilitate goal achievement.
