Youth ages 5-13 years old with a family member who has/or has had a chemical dependency of some kind and displays risk factors for future substance abuse or violence and attend public elementary schools in the Cleveland Heights/University Heights City School District, the South Euclid/Lyndhurst School District and the East Cleveland School District.
