Your interview for assistance will be scheduled within 7 days from the date you turn in your application. BETTER - Apply ONLINE at benefits.ohio.gov. You will be scheduled for an interview within 7 days. BEST - Call 1-844-640-OHIO (6446) to apply by phone and complete your interview the SAME DAY. Medicaid lines are open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm; SNAP/Cash lines are open Mon-Fri 8am-3pm.
