Pick up voucher at Solid Waste office. Voucher good for 2 fron containing appliances at a time.

Issues vouchers for approved recycling locations for freon containing appliances. Freon Containing Appliances:
  • Full size refrigerators (no food inside)
  • Small college/dorm-style refrigerators (no food inside)
  • Deep freezers (no food inside)
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Air conditioners (window style and full size)
**NOTE**Check tags or labels on appliance to see which type of freon it contains. Type of freon will determine location of recycling.
