Provides people of all ages access to arts and music education programs. In addition to offering private lessons and a youth drum corps, agency engages people in arts learning experiences through collaboration with partners such as a schools, chilcrare centers, senior centers, after-school youth programs and libraries. Most programs are free or low cost to participants.
