Must have a qualifying condition which leaves client with a propensity to wander and become lost (ie, Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, Autism, Down Syndrome, or other cognitive conditions. Must live in Franklin County and need 24 hour care by a loved one.

Description
Individuals that enroll in the program will be offered a small personal transmitter that can be worn around the wrist or ankle and emits an individualized tracking signal. The transmitter is approximately the size of a watch and attached by a hospital band, so must be cut to remove. It can also be worn in the shower or bath. Daily battery checks are required and loved one must agree to notify program representative immediately upon realizing the client is missing.
