WIC - MARIETTA | WASHINGTON-MORGAN COMMUNITY ACTION
WIC is available to pregnant or breast-feeding women, infants up to 1 year of age and to children up to the age of 5 years. One must live in Washington or Morgan County and be certified by a WIC staff member as needing supplemental food due to a health or nutritional risk. Current income standards must be met and individuals must return to WIC clinic for regular health checkups. Eligible participants receive nutrition education, breastfeeding education & support, referral for health care, immunization screening and referral, and supplemental foods such as cereal, eggs, milk, whole-grain food, fruits & vegetables, infant formula.
