Application process

- Must complete an application to be placed on the waiting list. - Applications are available at HMHA's administrative office, by phone, by email and can be downloaded from the website.

Fee

- The cost of rent includes all utilities. - Rent is determined by the greater of 30% of a participant's adjusted monthly income or 10% of a participant's monthly income.

Eligibility

- Serves individuals age 50 and over and individuals with disabilities (meet the HUD definition of disabled) in Harrison County. - Must qualify under the income limits (gross annual income vs. per person income limit). - Must pass background screening, tenant screening and provide landlord references.
