Eligibility

Open to customers of regulated utility entities in Kentucky. The PSC does not regulate utilities owned and operated by units of local government, sanitation districts, cable television companies, or propane suppliers.

Accepts and attempts to resolve complaints from customers regarding utility service providers. Provides information about rules and state laws. Contacts the utility provider for information and documentation regarding the customer's account when appropriate. May hold formal hearings of complaints before the Commission.
