Eligibility
Open to customers of regulated utility entities in Kentucky. The PSC does not regulate utilities owned and operated by units of local government, sanitation districts, cable television companies, or propane suppliers.

Complaints may be submitted by phone, fax, mail, or online.

Contacts the utility provider for information and documentation regarding the customer's account when appropriate. May hold formal hearings of complaints before the Commission.
