Eligibility
- Serves residents of Medina County.
- Applicant(s) name must be on the deed.
- Home was built before 1978.
- Applicant(s) must be current on all mortgage and tax payments.
- Applicant(s) must provide evidence of homeowner's insurance.
- Cannot be on Land Contract or a Life Estate.
- Total household income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.
Required documents
Must complete a program application and provide supporting documentation.
