Eligibility
  • Serves residents of Medina County.
  • Applicant(s) name must be on the deed.
  • Home was built before 1978.
  • Applicant(s) must be current on all mortgage and tax payments.
  • Applicant(s) must provide evidence of homeowner's insurance.
  • Cannot be on Land Contract or a Life Estate.
  • Total household income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.
Required documents
Must complete a program application and provide supporting documentation.
