Peer-To-Peer | Nami Southern Ohio
Provides an 8-week course (2 hours/week) on recovery for individuals with mental illness who are interested in establishing and maintaining wellness. Participants gain an understanding of issues pertinent to their diagnoses and recovery. The course uses a combination of lectures, interactive exercises and structured group processes. Topics covered include: How to reach and stay in recovery; How to write an advance directive; Information about different diagnoses; How to deal with past and current problems.
