Application process
Referring professionals must check the website to request an application on behalf of the applicant. Fully completed applications are processed promptly. Friends of Man pays the vendor directly for approved items and does not provide funds to applicants. Vendors may not apply. Applications are accepted only by U.S. mail or email, not via fax. On the website there is an application for in-state residents and another one for out-of-state residents.
