Accepts court filings for for Common Pleas Court and the Fourth District Court of Appeals. Accepts all filing fees and posting of bonds in civil and divorce actions. Actions filed here include, but may not be limited to, civil actions, divorce complaints, annulments, dissolution petitions, legal separations, child custody, child support, foreclosure complaints, quiet title, partition, appeals, motion to vacate and post decree motions. Criminal filings come to this office mainly through the Prosecutor's Office; individuals generally contact the Police Dept. when wanting to file criminal charges.
