Actions filed here include, but may not be limited to, civil actions, divorce complaints, annulments, dissolution petitions, legal separations, child custody, child support, foreclosure complaints, quiet title, partition, appeals, motion to vacate and post decree motions. Criminal filings come to this office mainly through the Prosecutor's Office; individuals generally contact the Police Dept. when wanting to file criminal charges.
