Early Learning Centers | Warren County Community Services, Inc.
Offers part day and full day Head Start and Early Head Start services for income eligible children ages birth to five, also preschool and child care for private paying families of all income levels. We operate four centers in Warren County and a home-based option for infants and toddlers. We also partner with six private child care centers in Warren County for Early Head Start services.

Fee
None for income eligible families. Sliding scale fee for private pay families.
Eligibility
Income eligible children, homeless, foster or kinship care, and children with special needs. Children must have a medical exam and dental exam before enrollment.
