Eligibility
- Serves kinship caregivers within Portage County with legal custody of the kin child for at least six (6) consecutive months.
- Caregivers’ family income must not exceed 300% of the federal poverty guideline.
- Kin children must be between the ages of 0 to 18 to qualify.
