Eligibility
Open to Clermont County residents with a household income at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level.
Parents must be working or in an approved work activity and children must be under the age of 13 or under the age of 18 if they have special needs. Parents must also have physical custody of children and citizenship must be verified for each child.
