Make appointment or walk in for service. If walking in, those with appointments will be seen first. Ages younger than 13 must bring a parent or guardian.
Fees
Sliding scale based on income. Teens who are served are assessed based on their income, not parents. Also accepts a variety of third party insurances. Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing are free to those up to 29 years of age.

Provides health services to ensure reproductive health. Included are pregnancy testing; testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STD's), including HIV; treatment for STD's (but not HIV), referrals to abortion providers, screening for reproductive cancers, birth control, and sexuality education for individuals.

Includes Environmental Health Division (food protection, risk assessments, septic system and well safety, solid waste disposal), Prevention and Wellness Division(nutrition services, wellness programs, dental care referrals), immunizations, lead poisoning prevention and detection, communicable disease prevention and control, child care education, school health, etc.), and Epidemiology/Surveillance Division. Acts as liaison with Early Start and Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps.
