If eligible, households may receive a 1 time $500 payment. With verification of need, they may also be eligible for assistance with other needs related to sheltering at home (i.e. rent, mortgage, utility bill, etc.). Families may be eligible if they are at/below 200% of the federal poverty level, and the following apply.

Screening Process order signed anyone who has their water shut off they can be the service reconnected. Call the water company to get reinstated. You should still pay your bill. And no services will be disconnected until further notice.
