Provides vocational evaluation, counseling, and placement in any job. Length of program is tailored to individual's needs. Remedial training and specific skills training are available if necessary, and job retention support is also given.

Application process

Phone for registration. An intake associate will take initial information and request copy of eye exam report dated within 6 months prior to application. After report is received, a caseworker will be assigned and will arrange for service.

Fee

Sliding fee scale - no one is denied service because of inability to pay.

Eligibility

Serves those at least 17 years of age and older. Must be high school graduates or equivalent. Must have an eye condition that limits functioning.
