Application process

The incarcerated parent registers his or her child(ren). Participation Forms are provided during the summer to Chaplains in state and federal prisons where there are Angel Tree programs. The incarcerated parent is required to complete a Participation Form with each child's name and submit before October 1st, in order for Angel Tree to assign to a local church in their child(ren)'s area. Chaplains can contact the local area representatives for Participation Forms.

No fee.

Eligibility

Serves children of inmates. The prisoner parent must be the father, mother, stepfather, or stepmother of the child(ren) and must be legally allowed to contact their child(ren).
