Provides no-cost water well assessments for rural well owners through Water Well Education Assessment program . Also provides low-interest loans of up to $11,000 for rural homeowners who need water well improvements or in-home water treatment. through Household Water Well Assistance. Septic Assistance: Low-income homeowners should contact their local health departments directly.
