Handles cases dealing with juvenile offenses related to drugs or drug use. Provides assessment and possibly treatment. Case managers work with the individual, school, home, and treatment provider. Open hearings are held weekly to assess individual cases and hearings become less frequent with compliance to the program's rules. After completion of the program, charges are dropped from youth's record.

Operates as a specialized Court of Common Pleas. Assumes responsibility for the arraignment, adjudication, and disposition of cases of unruly, delinquent, neglected, dependent, or abused children. Handles juvenile traffic cases.
