Application process

Call to schedule a ride at least 24 hours prior, but no more than 10 days prior to appointment, once authorization is received to use NET. Each family member to ride must obtain authorization.

Description

Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) provides non-emergency transportation to and from Medicaid approved medical appointments. Miami County Department of Job and Family Services contracts with Miami County Transit to provide transportation to the doctor, dentist, hospital, outpatient facility, pharmacy to pick up prescriptions (three rides per month maximum).
