Provides general library services with digital and physical collections for children, youth, and adults that include magazines, books, audiobooks, music, and movies. Offers large print materials. Provides readers advisory and assistance in locating information on a wide variety of topics such as business, current events, statistics and research findings. Offers free Wi-Fi and access to public computers. Services include: - A collection of STEAM toys, talking books, health-related items, telescope, museum passes, and so forth. - MakerSpace equipment including 3-D printers, Cricut, Heatpress, Sewing Machines, Button Makers, Cassette & LP Converter, Photo/Negative/Document Scanner, and VHS Converter. The Tuscarawas County Public Library System consist of five (5) locations: Main Library in New Philadelphia, Bolivar Branch, Strasburg Branch, Sugarcreek Branch, Tuscarawas Branch, and a Mobile Services Department.
