Eligibility

Must either be a veteran or a member of a family in which the head of household or spouse is a veteran. Must not have been dishonorably discharged, have an income less that 50% of the area median income and be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Required documents

DD Form 214 Certificate of Release or discharge from active duty or, a statement of service along with a VA medical card, HINQ verification or and affidavit of Veteran Status.

Services include, case management, assistance obtaining VA benefits, housing counseling, landlord mediation and in some circumstances, financial assistance that may include; rental assistance, security deposits, utility payment assistance, moving costs and emergency housing assistance.
