Description
Provides information on how to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as it becomes available to the public. Inoculations are provided at immunization clinics to help prevent individuals from contracting and further spreading the COVID-19 virus. The three vaccines approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration require two doses, either 21 or 28 days apart, or one dose all together depending on the vaccine. As of December 14 2020, Ohio has started distributing COVID-19 vaccines statewide to those who choose to be vaccinated. Ohio will follow a phased approach to vaccine administration. As of May, 2021, all Ohioans over the age of 12 are eligible to recieve a vaccine. Homebound vaccines are available.
