Providing organization
Ohio Department Of Job & Family Services
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services was formed by a merger of the Department of Human Services and the Bureau of Employment Services. It develops and oversees programs that provide employment and economic assistance, veterans services, child support, and services to families and children. The services offered are designed to help Ohioans be healthy and safe, while gaining and maintaining independence, and are delivered at the local level in a manner that recognizes and preserves responsibilities and dignity.
