Eligibility

60+ years of age or older. Resident of Franklin County. Have a verifiable source of income. Be referred through Adult Protective Services (APS). Must be experiencing homelessness or be at risk for homelessness in 14 days.

Application process

Telephone. Process is not immediate, will take time to process application and connect client with housing.

Fees

None for the first 90 days. If a participant chooses to remain beyond 90 days, they will be required to pay for continued housing. Ongoing residency is subject to housing partner policies and availability

Program provides housing for a period of up to 90 days at no cost to approved participants. Program is intended to provide temporary stabilization. This program is not a shelter program. Program is only accepting applications until MARCH 31st at this time.
