Delinquent Property Tax Payment Plans - Cuyahoga | Cuyahoga County Treasurer
2079 E 9th St., 1st Fl., Cleveland, OH 44115
Regular communication with this department as early as possible in a delinquency can make a difference in the resolution of the tax bill in delinquency. Call, walk in, or apply online. When delinquent tax bills are mailed to property owners, call volume increases significantly, and callers may be disconnected. They should continue to call back until they reach someone. Staff will inform callers of what is needed to participate in payment plans. Those who default on the agreed payment plan will not be offered another.
If payment plan participants default on their plans, interest will be due on the delinquent amount, retroactive to the beginning of their participation in the plan.
