Minor repairs MAY be considered dependent on grant funding. Ramps built for those in need of accessibility but little means to pay conventionally. Loans for repayment made at no- or low-interest to keep it affordable. Homes must be owner-occupied, not delinquent on mortgage or property tax payments and within scope of work determined.

Provides assistance for disabled individuals and older adults that live and age at home and in communities of their choice. Individual needs are evaluated and provide minor home repairs and mobility ramps to preserve their homes and their independence. Provides minor home repairs only, including but not limited to: furnaces, air conditioning, hot water tanks, entryway safety hazards such as unsafe decking, railings and thresholds, weatherization such as window and door sealing, mobility ramps, installation of safety needs such as bath handrails.
