Residents of Trumbull County ages 16-24 years old, without a high school diploma or GED, low income, drug free.

Required documents

State of Ohio ID or license, birth certificate, Social Security Card, proof of income (including any assistance received), if under 18, bring parents proof of income, proof of residency.
