Accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare, insurance plans. Patients that do not have insurance will be eligible for sliding fee scale with proof of income. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE is turned away .

The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering Mental Health services for adults and children. Tele-counseling with a certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry, is available. Other services include mental health screening, individual counseling for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addiction and other behavioral issues.
