Eligibility

Serves older adults ages 60 and over who meet the following criteria: - Resident of Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Brighton, Brownhelm, Camden, Carlisle, Columbia Station, Eaton Township, Elyria, Grafton, Henrietta, Kipton, LaGrange, Lorain, New Russia, Oberlin, Pittsfield, Sheffield Lake, Sheffield Village, Vermillion or Wellington. - Unable to prepare own meals due to illness or disability. - Lacking another meal support service in home or community.
