ID and Proof of Residency for every adult in the household. Proof of income from all sources. Proof of custody IF both biological parents are not living in the home. Clothes/shoe sizes and toy suggestions for all children still in school.

10am-2pm Mon,Thu and Fri starting October 9 - October 31, 2025 at ISS - 306 West Gambier Street - Mt. Vernon.

Walk-in to apply. Mon,Thu and Fri 10am-2pm. First come first served.
