Eligibility
Mt. Vernon residents with children still in school who are at or below 200% of poverty guidelines.
Required documents
ID and Proof of Residency for every adult in the household.
Proof of income from all sources.
Proof of custody IF both biological parents are not living in the home.
Clothes/shoe sizes and toy suggestions for all children still in school.
Hours
10am-2pm Mon,Thu and Fri starting October 9 - October 31, 2025 at ISS - 306 West Gambier Street - Mt. Vernon.
Application process
Walk-in to apply. Mon,Thu and Fri 10am-2pm. First come first served.
