Eligibility
Muskingum County residents with respiratory diagnosis and physician's order and have not received one from Rambo or Community Action in the last 3 years, and who qualify financially.
Required documents
Physician's order, proof of income (must not have been already helped by Community Action with an air conditioner in the previous 3 years).

Application process
Visit us at 711 Main Street between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am and 4pm.
Bring proof of all income for everyone in the household (one of the following):
- W-2 forms
- Bank statements
- SSI statements, SSDI statements
- 1 month of paycheck stubs.
Fees
Free for Muskingum County residents who meet qualifications.
Service area
Muskingum County, Ohio
Limited supply of air conditioners available each year for residents with a respiratory diagnosis and a prescription from their physician. Air conditioners are helpful to those who have breathing problems during hot and/or humid weather. This service is available after May 1st of each year.. Residents are eligible who have not received one from us or Community Action in the last 3 years.
