Walk in for service. Parents are encouraged to call their child's doctor to verify that the child has not already received this vaccination. If a parent or guardian is not accompanying the child, contact the nursing division prior to visiting the clinic.

Fees

Fixed administrative fee of $20. Accepts cash or check. Other Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Medicaid.
  • Medicaid HMOs, including Buckeye, CareSource, Molina, Paramount and UnitedHealth Care.
  • Some private insurances.
