Offers 24-hour Major Unusual incidents (MUI) hotline for people with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Also provides emergency service coordination and case management for possible abuse of an adult with developmental disabilities. Note: Reporting a major incident does not summon assistance, but starts documentation. Contact 9-1-1 if the individual is at serious risk.

Supports adults and children with developmental disabilities. Determines eligibility for services. Provides early intervention for children from birth to age three (3). Coordinates services and connects people to supports for individuals age six (6) and over.
