Serves residents of Northeast Ohio. Primarily serves individuals in the Asian Community. MARKETPLACE ENROLLMENT: Must enroll during Open Enrollment or Qualifying Life Events (QLE) such as moving to a new state, certain changes in income (new job, fired, from part-time status to full-time, from full-time status to part-time and so forth), and changes in household size (marry, separation, divorce, birth of child, adoption, death, and so forth). Other qualifying life events may include earning U.S. citizenship, turning 26 and aging out of a parent’s health plan, or turning 65 and becoming eligible for Medicare. MEDICAID ENROLLMENT: Available throughout the year if the individual meets eligibility requirements. Ohio Medicaid Eligibility: - Adults (19 to 64): Must be at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children with Insurance: Must be at or below 156% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Pregnant Women: Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children without Insurance: Must be at or below 206% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.

Accepts calls Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm to schedule an appointment. Open Enrollment Period for Affordable Care Act (every year): November 1st through December 15th for a January 1st effective date.
