Individuals without private or government healthcare insurance coverage. Must have an income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level.

First and third Mondays. Must be signed in between 6 pm-7 pm. Closed on national holidays.

Does not provide any disability, workers' comp or social security claims paperwork. Can provide referrals to primary care specialists or specialists who offer services on a sliding fee scale, as well as dental referrals. Can arrange for lab work or radiology services. Physical therapy services available. Offers limited eye screenings.
