Eligibility

Cuyahoga County residents ages 18 and older. Those with severe health problems or cocaine addiction may not be admitted for detoxification. Serves those addicted to opiates in any form.

Required documents

Medicaid or Insurance information if applicable. Proof of residency, such as driver's license/ state ID, current utility bill, lease agreement, piece of mail with current address, current election card, automobile registration, pay stub or recent tax return. Additional Information will be given during individual's phone contact with agency.

Application process

Phone agency or walk in for intake appointment, M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm. There may be a waiting list for detox.

Fees

Free or sliding scale if indigent, however, this option is only available once per year for those who meet income qualifications. In all other circumstances, accepts private insurance, Medicaid, or self pay.
