Provides crisis de-escalation, immediate response, and wraparound stabilization services for up to 42 days following a crisis involving a youth and young adults age 20 years old and under. Services provided by the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team may include: safety assessments, de-escalation, peer support, and skill building,
